Clinical Research On The Effect Of Xuan-Yun-Ding-Soup(XYDS) On Senile Vertigo(SV) Due To QixuXueYu

To evaluate the effect of XYDS, 60 patients with SV were randomly devided into the testing group with XYDS( 30 cases) and the control group with Betahistine (30 cases).In the clinical research XYDS improved the indexes of TCD and promoted Blood Circulation of the brain. XYDS remarkably reduced the index levels of blood rheology such as BV,PV,PCV. XYDS decreased blood-Lipid [TG,TC,LDL-C,LP(α)]. XYDS alleviated the clinical manifestations such as vertigo,lassitude and so on.The results suggest that XYDS has the significant therapeutic effect and fewer side effects on the patients with SV.
