Study Of The Application Of YIQI Drugs In Interstitial Lung Disease Based On "Qi Yun Disorder"

Objective:This study collates and concludes with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of interstitial lung disease and the clinical application of the law by means of literature searching,It also refers to the bleomycin rats pulmonary fibrosis model,Observation of theBMP-7 in lung tissue of fibrosis rats and impact of Yiqi drug inthe expression of the?type collagen in serum protein are included in this study,It explores the mechanism of drugs,provides experimental evidence for the clinical application of Yiqi drug.Method:1.Literature Research Section: Retrieving the literature about the treatment of interstitial lung disease by traditional Chinese medicine by use of "Knowledge net" as the target database.Combing the frequency and classification of the drugs.2.Animal Experiment Section: Constructing the model of pulmonary fibrosis in rats induced by bleomycin,Taking the corresponding Chinese herbs as the subject of intervention.Draw and analyze the blood in lung tissue and abdominal aorta respectively.Software SPSS17.0 were used to detect the the statistic related to the experiment data.Results:1.There are three kinds of Chinese herbal medicine whose frequency are more than ten in 246 flavor witch are involved the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis.These three kinds of drugs are astragalus,Salvia miltiorrhiza and licorice.2.There are 18 classes of drugs used in treating pulmonary fibrosis,Some categories whose proportion frequency of the structure are more than the 10% are Tonic Medicine,Huoxue huayu drugs,phlegm,cough,asthma,fever medicine.Conclusion:1.the tonic medicine is the choice medicine in the type of drugs used in pulmonary fibrosis,The Qi-replenishing medicine was the main medicine among the tonic medicine.2.Qi-replenishing medicine can reduce the degree of pulmonary fibrosis,in which ginseng can slow down the progression of pulmonary fibrosis by influencing the expression of BMP-7 and ? collagen.
