Analysis Of Curative Effect Of Guipi Decoction Treatment Of Qi-blood Deficiency Of Two Elderly Hypertensive Patients With Depression

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Guipi Decoction in the treatment of Qi‐blooddeficiencyoftwoelderlyhypertensivepatientswithdepression.Methods: Select "China hypertension prevention guide"(2010 Edition) of the diagnostic criteria of hypertension and systolic blood pressure less than 180 mmHg, and in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of depression and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) score was 17 points, Geriatric Depression Scale(GDS) score, 11 points, and at the same time, accord with the TCM syndrome diagnostic criteria for patients by using the method of comparison, random, single blind, the patients were randomly divided into experimental group, control group with 30 cases in each group, based on the use of conventional antihypertensive drugs, psychological counseling and other basic treatment, experimental group were treated with Guipi Decoction, the control group received a placebo. Two groups of patients are in 8 weeks for 1 course of treatment, continuous treatment of 1 course, observe two groups of patients before and after treatment, blood pressure levels of depressive symptoms, HAMD score, GDS score, fibrinogen and blood lipid levels and the changes of clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine. Will be included in the study were self compared before and after treatment, and the contrast group, using SPSS17.0 statistical software for data analysis, to evaluate the clinical curative effect of Guipi Decoction on the disease.Results: 1.comparison of the clinical efficacy: the improvement in blood pressure levels, depression level, HAMD score, GDS score, clinical symptoms and fibrinogen and blood lipid levels were different degree of patients in the two groups, and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the two groups have difference(P < 0.01). Comparison of two groups of patients before and after treatment between the two groups, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01). 2. Safety testing: treatment in patients with blood, urine routine, stool routine, liver and kidney function before treatment showed no significant change, indicating no obvious toxic and side effect of Guipi Decoction on senile hypertension patients with depression, the clinical application is safe.Conclusion: Guipi Decoction on Qi-blood deficiency of two elderly hypertensive patients with depression is effective, and it can significantly improve the level of bloo d pressure level and depression patients, improve the quality of life of patients, wort hy of further study and application.
