Clinical Studies For Treatment Of Premature Labor By Nifedipine Unite With Guipi Decoction

Objective:Exploration of the effection of nifedipine combined with Guipi decoction on pregnant women in contractions and pregnancy outcome in the treatment of threatend preterm labor and the effects of Guipi decoction on eliminating the adverse reactions after taking nifedipine.Methods:This study selected 105 cases of threatend preterm labor in the People’s hospital in Lvliang city from December 2013 to December 2014. The inclusion criteria:Lacking from 28 weeks to 37 weeks of gestation,The uterus to contract changed from irregular to regular of(every 20 minutes to four or every 60 minutes to eight times).The cervical length≤20mm,The cervical no expansion,With a little bleeding.The lower abdomen pain,The waist acid trapped and weak.Aged between 18 to 35 years old.All cases in accordance with the order is divided into three groups. The group One is with the Ritodrine Hydrochloride. The group Two is with Nifedipine.The group Three is with Nifedipine and Guipi Decoction. Three groups of patients were recorded symptoms and signs of change, tocolytic situation, extend the number of days of pregnancy and neonatal outcomesResults:1.Total efficiency of the three groups after treatment no significant difference(P>0.05).2.The contractions disappeared time,prolonged gestation days,mean gestational age,average birth weight,1 minute Apgar score were not significantly different(P> 0.05).3.After three treatment groups relative the one significantly increased hear rate(P<0.05), while the two and three group had no significant effect on blood pressure,heart rate(P> 0.05).4.The treatment in Vaginal bleeding and Abdominal pain had no significant difference(P> 0.05),but in Lumbar acid and weak had a significant difference(P<0.0167),so in the treatment of Lumbar acid and weak the group three better than the other two.5.Compared to admission, syndrome integral of all groups had a significant decrease,and syndrome integral had a significant difference between three groups(P<0.01).The integral had a more decrease of group three than others(P<0.05).6.The Side effects of three groups were significantly different(P<0.05).7.Follow-up:The fetus’ s growth and development were conform to the gestational age and the newborn’s physical intelligence had no obvious abnormality.Conclusion:1.All groups in the treatment of premature labor are effective for inhibiting uterine contractions, ultimately gestational age,and postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal birth weight,1 min Apgar score, no significant difference treatment effect.And no threatened preterm nifedipine reduced blood pressure,and no Bad influence to pregnant woman and the fetus,and using convenient,so recommend it as The preferred drug to aura preterm birth;In addition,patients who get Gestational hypertension disease use it to Inhibition of the contractions and reduce blood pressure.2. The group two and three have no significant difference in side effects.Gupidecoction have a good curative effct on changed the most ofsymotoms by deficiency of heart and spleen for threatend preterm Labor.3.The group one side effects of increased heart rate in patients with threatened premature miscarriage process, so patients who poor heart function use the Ritodrine Hydrochloride cautiously.
