Study On The Effect Of Buxu Xingqi Decoction On The Senile Simple Systolic Hypertension With Qi And Blood Deficiency And Liver Depression

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of buxu xingqi decoction on aged simple systolic hypertension with qi and blood deficiency and liver depression.Methods:Group 70 cases into EISH patients were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 35 cases,a group combined western medicine Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets with buxu xingqi soup to lower blood pressure,the other group is simply to use Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets,after four weeks,observe and analyze the changes above two groups in TCM syndrome,blood pressure,blood fat and atherosclerosis.Results: 1.In terms of the total curative effect of TCM symptoms,the total effective rate of patients in the two groups was as follows: the total effective rate of the combined supplementation of deficiency and xingqi decoction group =97.14%,and the total effective rate of the single use of levamlodipine besylate tablet group =94.29%,indicating that the combined TCM decoction group has a better therapeutic effect on TCM symptoms(P <0.05).TCM symptoms of individual differences between the two groups before and after treatment comparison: joint tonify deficiency qi decoction group in improving the dizziness,headache,complexion is pale white,and shortness of breath,modern depression disease curative effect is superior to the simple use of western medicine antihypertensive group(P < 0.05),but to improve heart palpitations,chest tightness,god exhausted the effect of the three symptoms between the two treatments are not any significant difference(P > 0.05).2.In terms of the antihypertensive effect,the total effective rates of the two groups were: 94.29% in the combined buxu xingqi decoction group and 82.86% in the western medicine group,so the former group was better than the latter in terms of antihypertensive effect(P < 0.05).In addition,statistical analysis also confirmed that the former had more advantages than the latter in improving patients' blood lipid,24 hSBP,dSBP,nSBP and atherosclerosis index(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in the effects of24 hDBP,dDBP and nDBP.Conclusion: Compared with the control group,the combined buxu xingqi decoction group has more obvious advantages in improving the effect of TCM symptoms,especiallyin improving vertigo,headache,pale complexion,short of breath,emotional depression and other aspects.And can effectively reduce the systolic blood pressure,arteriosclerosis index level,improve dyslipidemia.To sum up,the application of buxu xingqi decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with qi and blood deficiency and liver depression type of simple systolic hypertension has a definite and significant clinical effect.
