Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Clomiphene Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective The main purpose of this paper is to through a randomized controlled research, observation of acupuncture combined with clomiphene and simple application of clomiphene treatment of kidney deficiency type PCOS, and compare the two methods of treatment have differences in clinical efficacy.Method Among the gynecological outpatients of the Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital of Hubei Province from June 2012 to December 2014,choose 60 of them who conform with the standards of this experiment and divide them into two groups randomly.Group A:acupuncture plan + clomiphene;Group B:clomiphene.our groups are treated for 4 months continuously.If during pregnancy.Test is positive,then stop the treatment.Observed and recorded the changes of BMI,T,FSH,LH,INS,FBG,HOMA-IR,the TCM syndrome score,ovarian volume and numbers of follicles before and after the treatment.ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of two groups.Interviewing pregnant patients randomly to observe the early abortion rate judging the comprehensive curative effect.Result LH,the symptoms score of TCM,ovarian volume and numbers of follicles and GLU、FINS、HOMA-IR of A group were significantly different before and after treatment in both groups(P<0.05).FSH,T and GLU、 FINS、HOMA-IR of B group were not significantly different before and after treatment in both groups(P>0.05).T、LH、FSH、BMI、HOMA-IR、 FINS、the symptoms score of TCM、ovarian volume and numbers of follicles were not significantly different between two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of A group was 93.33% while B group was 66.67%,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,ovulation rate of A group is 70.00%,B group is 55.56%, P<0.05, the difference is of statistical signinficance.After treatment,pregnancy rate of A group is 50.00%,B group is 23.33%,the difference is of statistical significance.By interviewing patients randomly,the early abortion rate of the A group is 13.33%,B group is 28.57%,P>0.05,the difference is of no statistical significance.Conclusions Acupuncture combined with clomiphene of treatment of patients with PCOS can effectively reduce the hormone levels,the total effective rate is better than the clomiphene group,Acupuncture combined with clomiphene group can not only reduce the patient’s hormone levels,and can comprehensively improve the patient’s clinical symptoms, improve patient ovulation and pregnancy rate.Acupuncture combined with clomiphene is an effective clinical treatment method of treatment of PCOS,worthy of promotion and further study.
