Clinical Study Of Yinchenhao Decoction Combined Reduced G I Utath I One On Chronic Hepatitis B (HBV) Patients With Jaundice And Damp-heat Syndrome Observation

ObjectiveTo study the clinical effect and safety of Yinchenhao decoction combined reduced glutathione on chronic hepatitis B(HBV) patients who has jaundice and damp-heat syndrome.MethodsAccording to inclusive criteria and exclusive criteria, we select64patients who were diagnosed as jaundice with damp-heat syndrome resulting from chronic HBV. The subjects were simple randomly assigned into treatment group(33) and control group (31) by using random number generation method. The control group was given reduced glutathione(1.2g vein dropping after diluted with250ml5%dextrose qd) and Ademetionine1,4-Butanedisulfonate(lg vein dropping after diluted with100ml5%dextrose qd). The treatment group was treated with Yinchenhao decoction(Yinchen30g Zhenzhucao30g Chishao30g DahuanglOg ZhizilOg GuanzhonglOg Fuling20g Maiya20g Huzhangl5g Danshenl5g Baizhul5g Chenpi6g Gancao6g, twice a day, boiling with water, and the use of Dahuang was adjusted according to constipation)and reduced glutathione (the same as the control group). Both group were treated for4weeks. And then we observe index of liver function, hepatic fibrosis, and symptoms, sign, untoward effect. Using SPAA13.0(a kind of statistics application) to analysis data, chi-square test for enumeration data, and t-test for measurement data.Results1. After4weeks, the total mark of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control gtoup, and the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment group is slightly higher than that of control group(90.63%compare to80%), but the difference has no statistical significance(P>0.05).2. Compared with the original state, the treatment group has statistic significance (P<0.05) in improving the liver function(TDil, DBil, ALT, AST, GGT, ALP were taken into consideration), index of hepatic fibrosis(HA, PCâ…¢, IV-C, LN for instance) and PT. They also do better than the control group in improve index as TBâ…¡, DBil, GGT, HA, PCâ…¢, â…£-C, LN,PT(p<0.05).3. There is no any untoward effect during the therapy of the treatment group. Meanwhile, there is no difference of fore-and-aft routine analysis of blood and fore-and-aft renal function.ConclusionYinchenhao decoction combined reduced glutathione can obviously improve symptom, liver function, index of hepatic fibrosis and PT of chronic hepatitis B(HBV) patients who has jaundice and damp-heat syndrome. And the safety is pretty good.
