Acupotomy Therapy Of Abdominal Obesity In Clinical Research And Discussed The Mechanism Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And Western Medicine

Objective:Under the guidance of the basic theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the subject of major research is the etiology and pathogenesis of simple abdominal obesity. And according to the research, proposes an effective treatment of simple abdominal obesity.Methods:First, literature research methods. Research progress of simple abdominal obesity in Western Medicine literature and Traditional Chinese Medicine literature. Researching including etiology, pathogenesis and treatment of simple abdominal obesity.Second, anatomical research methods. Levels of abdominal anatomy study focuses on the relationship of skin, subcutaneous tissue, and superficial fascia layer. Distribution of the major blood vessels of the abdomen to determine the safety of the treatment area. Anatomical research of treatment area and proposes treatment needle depth and angle, to determine its safety.Third, clinical research methods. Analyse etiology and pathogenesis of simple abdominal obesity refer to the records of Huang Di Nei Jing, proposes a treatment plan.Clinical research will be done at my own clinic in Johor, Malaysia. Collect 41 people clinical cases of simple abdominal obesity, record ten times acupotomy therapy, and analyze the results.Conclusion:Simple abdominal obesity is caused by excessive stomach fire, the weakness of spleen can not pump up excess fat to the lungs, so the excess fat spill out from blood vessel due to stomach fire power and become abdominal subcutaneous fat.35 patients reduce their waistline after acupotomy therapy, prove that acupotomy treatment of simple abdominal obesity is effective.Meaning:Propose new etiology idea of simple abdominal obesity and determine the safety of acupotomy treatment of simple abdominal obesity.
