Ojective:By observing the clinical curative effect of fire needle treatment of acne, to verify the milli fire needle’safety and the effectiveness of the treatment of acne. Methods:There are 50 cases ofⅡ、Ⅲgrade Yun-lung and stomach heat type of acne patients were divided into two groups randomly: 25 cases in experimental group, 25 cases in control group, two groups were given the basic treatment: oral Yinhua decoction, the test group to be treated by Mm fire needle,the other group to be in blank comparison, Lesions were weekly ratings, treatment to be end after four weeks; follow-up for four weeks after treatment, the study to be end after four weeks of follow-up. Results: There were 23 cases of experimental group has completed the examination, the lesion score was 5.43±2.45 after 4 weeks, There were 23 cases of Comparison group had completed the examination, the lesion score was 5.43±2.45 after 4 weeks, by the analysis of variance, F=41.35,P< 0.001,it showed that the difference of rash score between the two groups after treatment of 4 weeks was statistically significant. The experimental group had 3 cases to be effected(13.0%), 12(52.2%) were marked effect, 8 cases were recovered(34.8%), the total effective rate was100%;Comparison group had 8 cases to be invalid(34.8%), 13 cases(56.5%) were effective, 1 case(4.3%) was markedly effective,1 case was cured(4.3%), the total effective rate was 65.2%,?2= 48.0, P< 0.0001, it showed that the efficacy index difference between the two group was statistically significant. Conclusion:Chinese herbs combined with Milli-fire needle cents and oral medicine alone to treat acne have a significant effect; The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Milli-fire needle acne cents better than oral medicine; Milli-fire needle can be effective in treating acne, and side effects, recurrence rate.
