A Study On The Life Quality Of The Menopause Syndrome Patients Treated By Different Electro-acupuncture Treatment Frequency

Objective: Through the study, we evaluate the influence of the different frequency (number/week) electro acupuncture for the menopausal syndrome MENQOL total score. Meanwhile we evaluate the influence of the different frequency (number/week) electro acupuncture for the menopausal syndrome MENQOL score of vasoconstriction, psychology, sex and physiology.Methods:Choosing the criteria of the menopause syndrome patients as the research object. Patients were randomly divided into 2 groups of the experimental group and the control group, 23 cases of experimental group and 24 cases of control group. We establish the patients medical records system, record the relevant information Using MENQOL observing two groups before and after treatment in patients with the change of life quality, and statistical analysis of test results is performed.Results:After treatment by:① Compared the electrical acupuncture treatments of three times a week and 1 times a week, two methods of treatment can effectively reduce the menopausal syndrome patients MENQOL total score. In 8 weeks,20 weeks,3 times a week of electric acupuncture treatment of curative effect is more significant.② Compared the electric acupuncture treatments of three times a week and 1 times a week,3 times a week of electric acupuncture therapy can effectively reduce vasoconstriction score, psychological score and sex score in 8 weeks,20 weeks. There were no significant differences of the two methods of physiological score.Conclusion:The patients with different frequency(number/week) of electric acupuncture treatments of the menopause syndrome patients in three years have curative effect.The method of frequency treatment three times a week is better than the one of frequency once a week, It is worthy of popularization and application.
