Objective:To observe the effect of the immediate effect of the alternating low frequency electric stimulation of flexor and extensor muscles on the brain function and cumulative effect, and to explore the effect of the brain function area in the brain function of healthy adults.Methods:12 healthy adults, male and female ratio 1:1. Low frequency group activation in the ipsilateral pontine, contralateral supplementary motor area compared with EA group with significant difference (p<0.01).2.The low frequency group activated by the brain region of the exercise than EA group strength, wide range, with a significant difference (p<0.01).Conclusion:1. The low frequency electric stimulation and electro acupuncture stimulation have immediate effect, the former in the activation of motor function related brain area is stronger, the scope is wider.2.Both the low frequency and EA groups can activate the motor related brain function area, and the main brain and ipsilateral cerebellum are the main. But the former activates the intensity of the brain area and the range is wider.
