The Effect Of Different Electric Acupuncture Frequency On Experimental Obesity Rats

Objective: To observe the effect of different electro-acupuncture frequency influence on hypothalamic obesity rat model's TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,Ins,leptin,CCK etc, and to approach the mechanism of acupuncture reducing weight and the effect of different electro-acupuncture frequency on weight reduction.Method:Experiment adopt the mode of L-MSG antileptic hypothalamic obesity rat model, 6~8 rats were randomly choosen from every 10 puteus of SD rats that were born one day, and in the neck hypodermic injected 15% normal saline solution of L- MSG at 0.2ml/10g everyday for 5 days, at the same time the rest were injected physiologic saline at 0.2ml/10g everyday. After 16 days, the rats that didn't meet the criterion according to Lee's index were given up, and 56 obesity rats were obtained which were randomly divided into 3 groups,named group A (19 rats), group B(18 rats), model group(19 rats), and control group(injected physiologic saline 13 rats).
