| Objectives:Observation electro-acupuncture on the point of jie-jin for treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical effect。Methods:In the single-blind controlled study,60 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group of jie-jin point,acupoints control group, and there were 30 cases in each group.The treatment group apply electro-acupuncture on the point of jie-jin, and the control group were given routine acupuncture therapy.The two groups were treated for 2 weeks.Respectively before and after treatment in patients with VAS、WOMAC、Lequesne MG record, for statistical treatment.Results:l.The total effective rate in treatment group is 96.67%,and in control group the total efficiency is 83.33%.2. The VAS、WOMAC、Lequesne MG score of the test group is significantly reduced after treatment,the improvement in patients with knee function activity and the quality of life.3.Electro-acupuncture on the point of jie-jin in treating knee osteoarthritis are safe and effective, the course of treatment no side effects.Conclusions:1.The two therapies for treatment of knee osteoarthritis are effective.2.Electro-acupuncture on the point of jie-jin for treatment of knee osteoarthritis curative effect is better than that of the control group.3.Electro-acupuncture on the point of jie-jin in treating knee osteoarthritis are safe and effective method. |
