Clinical Study Of Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling Therapy For Knee Osteoarthritis In Overweight Patients

Objective:This Project mainly studies the effect of Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling in early and middle stage of knee osteoarthritis,with that overweight Patients whose BMI is over 24,for evaluating the effect of knee joint recovery.Recently,the clinical treatment of electro-acupuncture for the disease is common and effective,so we compared the the two ways,for finding an effective way to cure this disease in early Period.For that we could reduce the suffering of Patients and to guide the clinical treatment.Method: Select 72 Patients from the Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine with knee osteoarthritis,randomly divided into Fu’s group with 36 cases and electro-acupuncture group with 36 tr cases,two groups were all treated for two courses,lasts 6 days for a course,one day’s rest after a course of treatment.According to the visual analog score(VAS)and the WOMAC osteoarthritis index score.VAS value is observed before treatment and at the end of two treatments.And the score of clinical symptoms and signs is also recorded and commented before and at the last of the two treatments.Two groups of Patients are compared between and in groups.Result: VAS score: The VAS scores of two groups compared with each other before and after the treatment,showing significant differences within the group(P < 0.05),and showing an available comparison between groups before the treatment(P > 0.05).It also shows the significant differences between treatment group after the treatment(P < 0.05).WOMAC score: two groups before treatment comparable(P > 0.05),compared the significant difference between groups after treatment(P < 0.05).Efficient: observation group 94%,76% in the control group.Conclusion: Experiments show that floating needle and electric acupuncture treatment of overweight Patients with knee osteoarthritis has the effect,but floating needle group cure rate than the curative group.This experiment is a better treatment for knee osteoarthritis to find out,enriched the clinical approach in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
