The Influence Of Head Acupunctuer On Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Ovarian Uterine Artery Blood Flow

Objective:Clinical observation of the head acupuncture treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of the ovaries,uterus arterial changes before and after treatment.Methods : 60 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease will meet diagnostic criteria based on the principles of randomized controlled into the treatment group 30 patients(the head acupuncture with common acupuncture), in the control group 30 patients(common acupuncture). two groups of patients were menstruation clean after the start of treatment, 1 day, 21 times as a course of treatment after the end of each seven days of rest, the next course of treatment, continuous treatment three courses, clinical efficacy and before and after the treatment of ovarian, uterine artery pulsatility index(PI), peak systolic velocity(PSV) and resistance index(RI). Another set of 60 healthy women as normal group, were compared.Results:1.The head acupuncture treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with clinical efficacy in the affirmative, the treatment group and the control group, the total efficiency of 83.33% and 70.00%, respectively, two groups were compared, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The treatment group and the control group than normal group of ovarian artery PSV, PI, RI higher than the normal group, the two groups of patients, PSV were higher, PI, RI were decreased statistically significant(P<0.05) between the two groups, the treatment group than the control group.3. The treatment group and the control group than normal group uterine artery PSV, PI, RI higher than the normal group, after treatment, the treatment group and the control group were higher PSV, PI, RI were decreased statistically significant(P<0.05), and between groups, the treatment group than the control group.Conclusions1. The head acupuncture group and acupuncture group general treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease have a good effect, the total clinical efficiency was 83.33% and 70.00% respectively, the acupuncture group was better than ordinary acupuncture group.Description scalp acupuncture needling and ordinary mutual synergistic therapeutic effect.2.The head acupuncture can improve the chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of ovarian, uterine artery blood flow PSV, lower PI, RI, increase ovarian uterine artery blood flow, improve pelvic blood circulation.
