The Changes Of Overian And Uterine Hemodynamics For The Syndrome Of Congealing Cold With Blood Stasis Of Amenorrhea And The Influence Of Reproductive Hormones By Warm Acupuncture

Objective:Temperature observed the clinical curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of amenorrhea haemorrheological nature blood stasis,and the ovarian and uterine artery blood flow and the influence of sex hormones.Methods:Sixty patients selected with the standards of congealing cold with blood stasis were divided into two groups,one was therapies of body acupuncture combined with warm acupuncture,the other was therapies of scalp acupuncture.Two groups of patients,21 days of continuous treatment for a period of treatment,the rest 7 days,on to the next period of treatment,treatment 3 period of treatment,the clinical curative effect was observed.(During the treatment of menstrual cramps,the suspension of acupuncture and moxibustion,after net to continue to treat.)And in determination of luteinizing hormone(LH) before and after the treatment,promote follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),testosterone(T),progesterone(P),prolactin(PRL) levels and monitoring of ovarian and uterine artery blood flow resistance index(RI),systolic peak velocity(PSV) and pulsation index(PI),observe its change.Choosing 60 cases of healthy women of childbearing age as normal group was compared.Result:1.Clinical treatment group total effective rate was 83.4%,control group total effective rate was 73.3%,The treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05);2.Patients with sex hormones FSH,LH,E2,T were lower than normal group,and P,PRL and normal group was no significant difference,After treatment,the treatment group and control group of serum FSH,LH,E2,T are improved,converge with those of normal group,and the treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05),P and PRL returns to normal after the treatment,but no statistical significance(P>0.05);3.Patients with ovary PSV below the normal group and the PI and RI were higher than that of normal group,After treatment,the treatment group and control group PSV increased,PI and RI were reduced,converge with those of normal group,and the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05);4.Group of uterine artery in patients with PSV is lower than the normal group and the PI and RI were higher than that of normal group;After treatment,the treatment group and control group PSV increased,PI and RI were reduced,converge with those of normal group,and the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Warm acupuncture clinical total effective rate was 83.4%,pure acupuncture clinical total effective rate was 73.3%.Visible warm acupuncture treatment can improve the clinical curative effect of amenorrhoea haemorrheological nature blood stasis.2.Warm acupuncture and moxibustion can improve amenorrhoea haemorrheological nature blood stasis patients with hormone levels of FSH,LH,E2,T,and P,PRL value has no obvious regulation.3.Warm acupuncture can effectively improve blood flow velocity PSV amenorrhoea haemorrheological nature blood stasis patients,reduce the blood flow resistance RI and PI pulsation index,improve microcirculation for the pelvic cavity.
