Objective:To observe and study the clinical efficacy of warming acupuncture treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,provide the basis for the improvement on the clinical treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease through the comparative study of various angles.Methods:106 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into 53 groups by computer,the observation group(53 cases)treated by warming acupuncture and the control group(53 cases)treated only by gynecological Qianjin tablets.After three months of treatment,the clinical efficacy was evaluated by different grades of the disease such as symptoms,signs and conditions.Results:①The total integrals of symptoms,signs and comprehensive integral of the two groups show significant difference comparing to those before treatment with statistical significance(P<0.05).②The decrease range of the total integrals of symptoms,signs and comprehensive integral of the observation group was significantly better than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).③The total effective rate of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).④The clinical treatment effects of the patients in the observation group,whether with mild or moderate or even severe pelvic inflammatory disease,were significantly better than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:warming acupuncture and gynecological Qianjin tablets are both effective in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease;warming acupuncture treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is superior to the gynecological Qianjin tablets.Warming acupuncture can improve the curative effect of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
