| Objectives:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yishenningkun decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal symptoms of liver and kidney-yin deficiency after GnRH-a combined endometriosis surgery and explore its mechanism.Method:All 90 patients with endometriosis treated with Leuprorelin acetate microspheres for injection six cycles 24 weeks combined Laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal were divided to three groups according to the random number table method when they appear perimenopausal symptoms of liver and kidney-yin deficiency because of using GnRH-a for 12 weeks:Injection of Leuprorelin Acetate only as the control group; Add Oral Tibolone Tablets (1.25mg/d) daily back as the add-back group at the same time; taking Yishenningkun decoction daily as the oral chinese medicine group at the same time. Then compare the improved Kupperman Index scores of hot flashes diaphoresis, insomnia, irritability, fatigue, musculo-articular pains and sexual disorder and test the serum expression of E2 and FSH among the three groups. Using pelvic ultrasonography and the expression of serum CA125 to evaluate the endometriosis recurrence.Results:Comparing each group menopausal score after treatment:the control group vs the add-back group, the control group vs the oral chinese medicine group have statistical significance(P value<0.05),while the add-back group vs the oral chinese medicine group has no statistical significance(P value>0.05). Serum E2 and FSH levels were compared after treatment, the control group vs the add-back group, the control group vs the oral chinese medicine group have statistical significance(P value<0.05),while the add-back group vs the oral chinese medicine group has no statistical significanc(P value>0.05).All patients have no endometriosis recurrence.Conclusions:After GnRH-a combined endometriosis surgery taking Yishenningkun decoction, not only affect the efficacy of endometriosis, but also can obviously relieve the perimenopausal symptoms induced by GnRH-a. |
