Efficacy Type Of Ovarian Endometriosis Laparoscopic Surgery Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of TCM and laparoscopy intreating endometriosis and hydatoncus syndome,the clinical differencebetween Chinese herbs and GnRH-a in treating the postoperative patientwere obsered.Method:60patients who have taken laparoscopy for treating endometriosisand hydatoncus syndrome we re randoml y divided into treatment group–treated by Chinese herbs and control group–treated by GnRH-a. All thepatients were followed up by12months. The clinical sympt om, recur renceand pregnancy conditions were observed.Result: The effective rate in treatment group is86.7%and of that in controlgroup is73.3%. The re is significant difference between the t wo groups withP-value<0.05;Both groups can alleviate dys menorrhea,chronic pelvic painand algopareunia of the postoperative patients.There is significant differen-ce between pretreatment andpost-treatment with P-value <0.05,while thereis no significant difference between the two groups with P-value>0.05; Thepostoperative pregnancy rates in treat ment group was83.3%and of t hat incontrol was56.7%within1year, which showed t hat treaent group was priorto the control with P-value<0.05.Along with the clinical stage and postoper-ative pregnancy don’t increase;Postoperative recurrence in1year, the treat-ment group compare d with control group, which s howed tha t the treatmentgroup was prior to the control with P-value<0.05.Conclusion: The combination of laparoscopy and Chinese herbs in treating endometriosis and hydatoncus patients who required to pregnancy have agood e ffe ct in alleviate dysmenorrhea, chronic pelvic pain and dyspareuniaand other clinical symptoms without significant difference compare d wit hthe control group. While the combination treatment is prior to the controlgroup in reducing the recurrence rate and the pregnancy time, improving thepregnancy rate, which has a prominent long-term result.
