Clinical Research Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And GnRH-a Prevention And Treatment Of Ovarianen Dometriosis Recurrence

Objective:Through the use of traditional Chinese medicine and Western in patients after laparoscopic operation (GnRH-a) and Western Medicine (GnRH-a) control,clinical observation and analysis of traditional Chinese medicine for treating ovarian endometriosis cyst laparoscopy combined with GnRH-a and menopause syndrome.Methods:From2012January to2012December in Xinjing Uygur Autonomous Region Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of laparoscopic conservative operation,pathologically proved ovarian endometriosis cyst type34patients,the postoperative medication types,the subjects were divided into two groups,15cases of postoperative adjuvant traditional Chinese medicine conbined with GnRH-a,set it to A group.Surgery after the Western Medicine (GnRH-a) and19cases of treatment group,the group B.Two groups were observed in patients with clinical symptoms to improver the situation.Results:Through the A,B group after treatment.Kuppermann score were compared,P<0.05,the difference was statistically singnicant.By means of A,B two groups of patients,P<0.05after treatment,the difference was statistically significant,after treatment in group A(traditional Chinese medicine combined with GnRH-a) to improve the patient’s symptoms signs,significantly higher than in group B,and A group the recurrence rate was lower than B group.Conclusion:Group A treatment of symptoms of ovarian endometrioma on menopausal syndrome is well improved,curative effect is obviously better than group B.The ovarian endometriosis surgery combined with the use of traditional Chinese medicine can improve symptoms of the menopausal syndrome,reduce the recurrence rate.
