Objective:Observe Xu Jingfan treatment based on syndrome differentiation combined with medication paste lying position method in treatment of reflux esophagitis clinical curative effect and influence on quality of life,And discuss Xu Jingfan make a diagnosis and give treatment of reflux esophagitis experience.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,altogether collected90cases of patients with RE,points treatment group60cases,control group30cases,treatment group by Xu Jingfan syndrome differentiation standard is divided into12cases of phiegm-Qi stagnation,42cases of stagnation heat of Liver stomach,6cases of qi and blood stasis syndrome,respectively for smoothing Qi to relieve、 reducing phlegm and resolving masses,eliminating the liver-stomach-fire、 And stomach drop inverse,Promoting qi and blood running,and connecting with the paste decubitus medication method,control group with omeprazole(20mg each time,2times a day),ding Lin(10mg each time,3times a day),8weeks treatment,observation of the treatment group before and after treatment,the treatment group and control group before and after treatment symptoms and quality of life of integral change, will build the database date after finishing,relevant statistical analysis.Results:1、this study treatment group effectiveness78.3%,control group effective rate80%,two groups effective rate after statistics processing was statistically significant(P>0.05).Treatment group each card type overall curative effect comparison,phiegm-Qi stagnation the effective rate was75%,stagnation heat of Liver stomach the effective rate was80.9%,effective rate was66.6%of qi and blood stasis syndrome.Between different syndrome curative effect after statistics processing meaningless(P>0.05).2、the treatment group in improving clinical symptoms after treatment compared with before treatment there were significant differences(P<0.05),the control group in improving clinical symptoms after treatment compared with before treatment there were significant differences(P<0.05),Compared the two group before and after treatment,except pantothenic acid,noisy symptoms were significantly different(P<0.05).3、Treatment group each card type comparison before and after the treatment, phiegm-Qi stagnation、stagnation heat of Liver stomach pay resistance card8weeks after treatment compared with before treatment with significant differences(P<0.05),and6weeks after treatment of blood stasis syndrome to improve food or burping,pantothenic acid reflux,retrosternal pain or discomfort,pharynx of discomfort,sucs as something resistance,chest often or bloated with or pain,loss of appetite,compared with before treatment with significant differences(P<0.05),after8weeks treatment to improve the dry mouth mouth bitter,modern irritability or depression,insomnia,etc are significant difference compared with before treatment(P<0.05).4、The treatment group and control group before and after treatment in improving the quality of life in patients with integral compared significant differences(P<0.05),and the syndrome before and after the treatment group in physiology,independence and social environment in various fields integral were improved significantly(P<0.05),compared between each card has no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xu Jingfan syndrome differentiation and treatment combined with medication paste lying position method in treatment of reflux esophagitis clinical curative effect,the patient’s clinical symptoms and quality of life has improved significantly effect,worthy of further popularization and application,the benefit of patients...
