Objective:Though investigating the relationship of socio demographic characteristics, disease history, lifestyle, clinical symptoms, mental state and other factors with the incidence of the diminished ovarian reserve, and the accompany symptoms in addition to menstrual disorder and infertility to analyze the risk factors and protective factors of the diminished ovarian reserve. In addition, a preliminary study were proceed on patients about their constitution types distribution of Traditional Chinese Medicine, hoping to provide reference for its prevention and treatment. Methods:We collected information by taking the detail history in 111 patients with DOR (the case group) and in 82 healthy women (the control group). Under the guidance, they carried out the survey with a unified self-made questionnaire. Gathering the detailed medical history and the questionnaire of Menopause syndrome (TCM) rating scale and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating depression scale. Meanwhile, the case group went to the department of "Preventive care division" to obtain their constitution types through investigating by professional and checking tongue nature and pulse condition by professional instrument. Dates were analyzed using SPSS 16.0, metric data with t test or Wilcoxon, enumerative data with Chi-square, and then were analyzed with univariate analysis and multivariate analysis by logistic regression analysis. Constitutional types were analysed by frequency distribution.Results:1 Single-factor logistic regression analysis results showed that marital status, the times of pregnancy, bearing birth and abortion, mother menopause age, history of parotitis, uterine cavity operation and ovarian surgery, passive smoking, sleeping habits, the vegetarianism, the frequency of eating fruits and vegetables, and been products around 13 variables associated with diminished ovarian reserve (P<0.05).2. Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that in addition to eating been products is the protection factor (OR< 1, P< 0.05), marital status, abortion frequency, history of parotitis and ovarian surgery, keep late hours, mother menopause age ahead of time are risk factors(OR> 1,P<0.05).No other variables entered the regression equation.3 Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating depression scale results showed that the patients are prone to anxiety and depression (P<0.01).Menopause syndrome (TCM) rating scale showed that the patients are suffering from more physical discomfort (P<0.05), the evaluation of overall state is also significantly worse than the control group (P<0.01).4 Constitutional type distribution results showed that rounding out the top three are Spleen-Qi deficiency, Spleen-Yang deficiency and Kidney-Yang deficiency. And the most common additional constitutional types are stagnation of liver Qi and irascibility flourishing.Conclusion:1 Eating more been products can decrease the incidence of the diminished ovarian reserve. Marital status, the times of abortion, history of parotitis and ovarian surgery, keep late hours, mother menopause age ahead of time are the risk factors.2 The patients of diminished ovarian reserve are prone to anxiety and depression, and suffering from more physical discomfort. The evaluation of overall state is also significantly worse than control group.3 There is closely connection between the patients and their constitutional type. The most common constitutional types are Spleen-Qi deficiency, Spleen-Yang deficiency and kidney-Yang deficiency. And the most common additional constitutional types are stagnation of liver Qi and irascibility flourishing.
