Study On Diminished Ovarian Reserve About Its Relationship With Anxiety And Depression And The Distribution Of TCM Syndromes

Abstract/Summary:
Objective: Explore the relationship between Diminished Ovarian Reserve(DOR)and anxiety and depression,and the distribution of TCM syndromes of Diminished Ovarian Reserve and it with anxiety and depression,discuss the influence of anxiety and depression in the process of the disease,to improve the importance of emotional factors in diagnosis and treatment,and provide basis for syndrome differentiation and treatment of the disease.Methods: Patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected to collect relevant data,and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating Depression scale(SDS),General condition questionnaire of patients and diagnosis form of DOR TCM Syndromes were filled in by questionnaire to analyze the psychological status,basic conditions and TCM syndromes of the patients.The data were analyzed by Microsoft Excel and SPSS software.Results:1.In this survey,122 patients with DOR were included,the youngest being19 years old and the largest being 39 years old.Among them,52 patients aged35-39 years old accounted for the highest proportion of 42.62%.2.Educational level distribution of 122 DOR patients: 18 of them were junior high school or below,accounting for 14.75%;44 of them were senior high school,accounting for 32.79%;64 students were college students or above,accounting for 52.46%.3.The occupational attributes of 122 DOR patients were as follows: 73 were mental workers,accounting for 59.84%,and 49 were physical workers,accounting for 40.16%.4.The degree of stress of 122 DOR patients: 28 patients were under easy mental stress,accounting for 22.95%;44 patients with general mental stress,accounting for 36.07%,50 patients with heavier mental stress,accounting for40.98%.5.Sleep quality of 122 patients with DOR: 10 were good,46 were average,55 were poor and 11 were very poor,accounting for 8.20%,37.70%,45.08% and9.02%,respectively.There were 80 cases with fertility requirements and 42 cases without fertility requirements,accounting for 65.57% and 34.43%,respectively.6.Anxiety and depression scores of 122 DOR patients were higher than the national norm,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).84 patients were accompanied by anxiety and depression,with an incidence of 68.85%.7.There was no significant difference between age and anxiety and depression scores(P<0.05).There were significant differences in education level,stress intensity,sleep quality,fertility requirements and anxiety and depression scores(P<0.05).8.The distribution of TCM syndromes of DOR patients: kidney deficiency and liver depression 43 cases(27.87%),liver and kidney yin deficiency 22cases(18.03%),kidney deficiency and blood stasis 20 cases(16.39%),spleen and kidney yang deficiency 15 cases(12.30%),liver stagnation and qi stagnation 10 cases(8.20%),heart and kidney syndrome 9 cases(7.38%),qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome 7 cases(5.74%),qi and blood deficiency syndrome 5 cases(4.09%).Among them,the incidence of anxiety and depression in kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome is the highest,and the proportion of kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome in the distribution of TCM syndrome of DOR patients with anxiety and depression is also the highest.Conclusion:1.The detection rate of anxiety and depression in DOR patients is high.2.The score of anxiety and depression in patients with DOR is related to educational level,stress intensity,sleep quality and fertility requirements.The higher the education level,the higher the stress intensity,the worse the sleep quality,and the higher the score of anxiety and depression in those with fertility requirements.3.Kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome is the most common syndrome in patients with DOR,and the proportion of kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome in DOR patients with anxiety and depression is the highest.DOR is closely related to emotional factors,so in the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment,we should pay attention to the regulation and treatment of liver and kidney,tonifying the kidney,soothing the liver and relieving depression,and pay attention to the psychological state of patients,supplemented by emotional treatment,in order to improve the clinical effect.
