| Objective:To explore the occurrence and influencing factors of anxiety and depression in patients with primary ovarian insufficiency(POI).Methods:From April 2012 to November 2020,a total of 228 patients with POI in the gynecology clinic of the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University were enrolled in this retrospective study.Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to evaluate the state of anxiety and depression.The general data,biochemical indexes and bone mineral density were collected and analyzed.Results:(1)47(20.6%)had anxiety symptoms and 57(25.0%)had depressive symptoms in the 228 patients with POI,39(17.1%)were complicated with anxiety and depression;(2)There were significant differences in occupational type,parity,infertility,exercise,BMI,WHR,modified Kupperman score,TG,LDL-C,LDL-C abnormality rate,left and right hip bone abnormality rate between anxiety group and non-anxiety group(P<0.05);(3)There were significant differences in education,parity,infertility,exercise,BMI,modified Kupperman score,FPG abnormality rate,LDL-C abnormality rate,left and right hip bone abnormality rate and lumbar vertebra bone abnormality rate between depression group and non-depression group(P<0.05);(4)Parity,peri-menopausal symptoms,LDL-C abnormality and bone abnormality of right hip were independent risk factors for anxiety in patients with POI(OR=6.344、254.887、12.386、12.794,P<0.05);(5)Peri-menopausal symptoms,FPG abnormality and lumbar bone abnormality are independent risk factors for depression in patients with POI(OR=236.443、39.095、3.047,P<0.05).Conclusion:The prevalence rates of anxiety,depression and depression in patients with POI were 20.6%,25.0%and 17.1%,respectively.Occupational type,fertility,exercise,body weight,posture,blood lipids,bone mineral density of left and right hip,and peri-menopausal symptoms have influence on anxiety,among which parity,peri-menopausal symptoms,abnormal LDL-C and bone abnormality of right hip are the high risk factors of anxiety in patients with POI.Education,fertility,exercise,weight,blood glucose and blood lipids,bone mineral density of left and right hip and lumbar vertebrae,and peri-menopausal symptoms have influence on depression,among which peri-menopausal symptoms,abnormal FPG and abnormal lumbar vertebrae are the high risk factors of depression in patients with POI. |
