offers epidemiology data for scientific research.?Method? After the early diagnostic research by epidemiological methods, the " TCM syndrome and related factors of patients with Diminished Ovarian Reserve " has been to study out.Expert discussion was carried out in order to further optimize the questionnaire. The epidemiological studies of Diminished Ovarian Reserve have been performed.292 patients with Diminished Ovarian Reserve in Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital outpatient service of department of gynaecology were collected from February 2015 to February 2017.Relevant data was collected and dedicated database was established. With frequency analysis and cluster analysis to study the the common symptoms of TCM syndrome types and the law of distribution of symptoms of patients with Diminished Ovarian Reserve, using IBM.SPSS21.0 statistical software.Patients with Diminished Ovarian Reserve can be divided into normal menstruation group and menstrual abnormalities group according to the patient's menstrual condition.Take the nonparametric test(the Mann-Whitney test)comparison between the two groups of patients with sex hormone levels.Age,weight, age of menarche, mother menopause age, pregnant times, uterine cavity operation rate, and self-evaluation of depression and anxiety self-assessment menstrual conditions were observed for The effect of menstruation of the patients with Diminished Ovarian Reserve using nonparametric test(the Mann-Whitney test).ovarian surgery history, sleep, mumps history and history of adverse pregnancy menstrual conditions were compared for The effect of menstruation of the patients with Diminished Ovarian Reserve using chi-square test.?Result?1.The average age of 292 patients with Diminished Ovarian Reserve is 32.31±5.04 years old.The average BMI is 21.93±2.40 years old.2.The average first menstruation age of the 292 patients with Diminished Ovarian Reserve is 13±1.351 years to the preliminary,FSH levels(FSH?10m IU/ml),FSH/LH(FSH<10miu/ml,2?FSH/LH < 3 and FSH/LH?3)and AMH compared between normal menstrual group and abnormal menstruation, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);FSH levels(FSH<10m IU/ml),LH and E2,there are no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).9.292 patients with Diminished Ovarian Reserve of the main TCM syndrome types have menstrual group are higher than the normal menstruation group. The AMH levels of abnormal menstrual group are lower than the normal menstruation group. And the difference is not big between the two groups of patients with Diminished Ovarian Reserve in FSH levels(FSH<10m IU/ml),LH,E2 levels.7.292 patients with Diminished Ovarian Reserve one of the most common TCM syndrome type of kidney liver
