Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Hemoid Mixed Hemorrhoids By External Stripping Combined With Subcutaneous Hemorrhoid And Plexus Stripping

Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids treated by Milligan-Morgan combined with stripping subcutaneous hemorrhoid venous plexus.Methods :80 patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids in anorectal of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2014 to November 2015 were selected and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,40 cases in each group,experimental group was treated by Milligan-Morgan combined with stripping subcutaneous hemorrhoid venous plexus,control group was treated by Segment ligation,to observe the clinical curative effect and the recent and long-term complications following surgery.Results:1.Two groups of patients with no significant difference in postoperative complications(the 1th day of postoperative pain, the 1th bowel bleeding and after 3 months of stricture of anus), treatment effect,operation time(P>0.05).2.A statistically significant difference in the treatment group than the control group Complications(the 7th day of bleeding during defecation,the 7th day and 12 th day of the pain,anal edema, Anus bulge and after 1 months of stricture of anus),hospitalization(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Milligan-Morgan combined with stripping subcutaneous hemorrhoid venous plexus can reduce complications about postoperative pain, anal stenosis and anus bulge.2. Milligan-Morgan combined with stripping subcutaneous hemorrhoid venous plexus may shorten hospital stay.3. Milligan-Morgan combined with stripping subcutaneous hemorrhoid venous plexus and Segment ligation are able to achieve very good results.
