Objective: Dilution with potassium permanganate as a control, was observed for the low heat myogenic lotion anal fistula(damp type) postoperative wound healing, clinical efficacy studies, and through the argument based on prescription and Modern pharmacological studies of drugs discussed preliminarily explore its therapeutic mechanism to provide a scientific basis for clinical application.Methods: From January 2014 to January 2015, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan College of anorectal, in line with low anal fistula(damp type), 60 cases of hospitalized patients using low anal fistula incision surgery were Choosed. Using randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases. The treatment group received myogenic heat lotion, dilution of the control group with potassium permanganate, two groups outside the wash bath, regular medication, both groups of medication to the wound is completely healed. 3,7,14,19 days after surgery were observed in patients with clinical signs(wound pain, edema, exudate, granulation), the wound healing rate, healing time, total clinical efficacy, safety, and other indicators and postoperative recurrence, the results of the application SPSS20.0 for statistical analyzes.Results: The two groups of patients without the sex, age, duration, etc. after the original wound area were statistically significant differences in the analysis(P>0.05), comparable. Results are as follows: 1. Comparison of pain score, there was statistical significance in third days and seventh days after operation(P<0.05), fourteenth and nineteenth days of no statistical significance(P>0.05). Show that in the early treatment group can significantly reduce the postoperative anal fistula wound pain, the pain relieving in two groups were no significant difference in effect. 2.Comparison of edema score, after 7 days or 3 days, are more(P<0.05), there is statistical significance; fourteenth, 19 days are(P>0.05), no statistical significance.That wound edema in the early treatment group postoperative anal fistula, reduce edema later two groups had no significant difference. 3.Comparison of the extravasate score, after third days of treatment group wound exudate scores than the control group, but no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05); there was statistically significant difference between the two groups in seventh days(P<0.05); fourteenth days, twenty-first days, all(P<0.05) no statistical significance. Show that in the early treatment group can significantly reduce the wound exudate, wound exudate in late two groups. 4. Comparison of growth of granulation score 4, third, 7, 14, 19 days after the growth of granulation tissue in scoring, the results showed that the two groups on the third day after operation the growth of granulation tissue were compared(P > 0.05), without statistical significance;seventh, 14, 19 days of granulation growth score, P < 0.05, there was statistical significance. Show two groups of drugs in the first 3 days after surgery for anal fistula wound granulation growth effect is not obvious, after seventh, 14, 19 days in the treatment group than in the control group could significantly promote the growth of granulation of wound after operation of anal fistula. 5. The rate of wound healing scores were compared,The third day after operation(P > 0.05) there was no significant difference in rate of seventh; there was, 14, wounds healed in 19 days after operation(P < 0.05) with statistical significance. Shows no significant difference between two groups of drugs in the early wound, there was significant difference in the 7-19 days, and the treatment group in improving the wound healing rate was significantly better than the control group. 6. Comparison of the wound healing time, treatment group, the average healing time was 17.50 days, 19.81 days in control group after statistics processing,(P<0.05), there was statistical significance. 7. Comparison of the two groups were no obvious adverse reactions, has not found the skin allergy and obvious side effects. 8. Two groups of postoperative follow-up showed no recurrence of February. 9. Comparison of after nineteenth days of comprehensive curative effect, the treatment group of 30 cases, 23 cases were cured, 6 cases markedly effective, effective 1 cases, invalid 0 cases, efficiency of 100%; control group of 30 cases, 16 cases were cured, 10 cases markedly effective, effective 4 cases, invalid 0 cases, efficiency of 100%. The effective rates of two groups were 100%, two groups in the clinical comprehensive therapeutic effect with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1. Qingreshengji lotion in reduced wound pain can reduce early postoperative anal fistula, wound edema, wound exudate; 2. The rate of growth and wound repair Qingreshengji lotion can accelerate postoperative anal fistula wound granulation tissue; 3. Qingreshengji lotion can obviously improve the wound healing rate, shorten the time of wound healing after anal fistula operation; 4. Qingreshengji lotion has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and hemostatic effects, immune regulation, improve the local micro environment, promote rapid wound healing after anal fistula operation; 5. Qingreshengji lotion after anal fistula operation wounds without obvious adverse reaction, safe and reliable use.
