Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Low-level Simple Anal Fisyula With Kui Granule Lotion

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Kubai granule lotion on postoperative healing of simple anal fistula with damp traffic downward flow,so as to provide theoretical basis for its clinical popularization and application.Methods: 60 patients with low simple anal fistula accepted the progn criteria were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group 30 cases each.Among them,the treatment group was treated with the Kubai granule lotion,the control group was Treated with hemorrhoid lotion,and the 21 day course of treatment was compared.After treatment the clinical curative effect was prepared after after the end of the two groups before and after the patients with different drugs after treatment,the pain of wound exudate and the growth of Granulation tissue to score,then statistical analysis was performed using SPSS17.0 software.Results of the cases cases,in between the two groups pre treatment,compared to patients' age and sex,disease duration,post treatment wound,pain,wound secretions and wound granulation tissue growth,differences were not statistically significant.Comparable.The results of the Study are as follows:(1)the pain scores were compared between the two groups: third days and days days after operation,the pain status of the patients in the groups was statistically significant(P <0.05),and the scores in the treatment group were better than those In the control group.There was no significant difference in pain status between fourteenth and twenty-first days(P> 0.05).(2)secretion from the wound after operation in two groups: third days to check the wound dressing gauze and record with gauze layers of secretion,there was significant difference(P<0.05),the treatment group was superior to the control Group wound secretion.On the fourteenth day after operation,the scores of wound secretions in the observation group were P> 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,(3)the granulation tissue growth of wound: third days and seventh days after treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).Fourteenth days after treatment,the scores of the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared with the two groups,the treatment group was better than the control group.(4)the total efficacy and wound healing time: the two groups were cured after treatment,the average improvement time of the treatment group was 19.13 + 2.63 days,and the average healing time of the control group was 20.27 + 2.38 days.Results: The average treatment healing time between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05),the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion: Kubai granule lotion can significantly reduce the pain of postoperative wounds in patients with low-grade simple anal fistula,reduce wound exudation,promote granulation tissue growth,and accelerate wound healing.
