Clinical Research Of Zhilou Lotion Promoting Wound Healing At After Surgery On Low Simple Anal Fistula

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate through clinical trials,the clinical curative effect of Zhilou lotion on wound healing at after surgery on Low simple anal fistula,provide the reliable basis for the future clinical application.Methods: According to the diagnostic standard of 60 cases of after surgery on Low simple anal fistula were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,there were 30 cases.Treatment group was given Zhilou lotion washing.control group was treated normal saline washing,until the wound healed completely.In the process of wound healing,the researchers carefully observe the wound healing time,granulation tissue,secretions,histomorphology of wound healing.And the above indexes were statistically analyzed.Results: 1.Two groups were effective.But after 28 days,the Zhilou lotion group was better than the normal saline group(P<0.05).The wound healing time of the Zhilou lotion group was shorter than that of the normal saline group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Wound secretion was observed at tenth and fifteenth days after operation,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The growth of granulation tissue in the Zhilou lotion group was better than that in the normal saline group at tenth days after operation and on the fifteenth day after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).In the item of the fibroblasts' number,on the tenth day after operation and on the fifteenth day after operation,there was significant difference between the Zhilou lotion group and the normal saline group(P<0.05).2.In the process of clinical application,Zhilou lotion have no obvious adverse reactions and side effects.Conclusion: 1.Zhilou lotion used in wound healing after surgery on Low simple anal fistula,can improve wound secretion,promote the growth of granulation tissue,accelerate the proliferation and maturation of fibroblasts,accelerate the differentiation and maturation of collagen fibers of the schedule,shorten the time of wound healing.2.There was no obvious adverse reactions and side effects in the course of clinical medication.
