Objective To observe the change of the complication scores(wound pain score,wound edge edema score,wound secretion score),inflammation indicators(WBC,NEUT%,CRP),wound area and healing effect after intervention of the damp-heat lower simple anal fistula with Zhilou lotion,explore the effect of Zhilou lotion on wound healing after anal fistula operation.Methods Sixty patients with low-position simple anal fistula of damp-heat sign were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each.Both groups underwent anal fistula resection.From the second day after the operation,the patients in the two groups were fumigated with Zhilou lotion and 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution,twice a day.Observe the complication score,inflammation index,wound area,and healing effect on the 28th day after operation on the second day,sixth day,10th day,and 14th day after operation.The SPSS 21.0 software was used to statistically process the data of the institute,and the test level [α]=0.05,P<0.05 was considered as statistically different.Results(1)The complication score,inflammation index,and wound area of the two groups on the second,sixth,tenth,and fourteenth day after operation showed a downward trend.(2)There was no statistical difference in the complication score,inflammation index,and wound area on the second day after surgery(P>0.05).(3)Comparing the complication scores and inflammation indexes on the 6th,10th,and 14th days after operation,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).(4)Compared with the wound area on the 10th and 14th day after operation,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).(5)Compared with the healing effect on the 28th day after operation,the treatment group was better than the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhilou lotion can promote wound healing after anal fistula operation,which is manifested in reducing wound pain,wound edge edema,wound secretion and other complications,reducing inflammation index levels,improving wound healing rate,and shortening wound healing cycle.Its mechanism of action may be related to the inflammatory reaction stage and the proliferative stage of intervention in wound healing. |
