The Clinical Observation On “Nape Seven Needles” Combined With Distant Acupoints Therapy For Cervical Spondylosis Of Vertebral Artery Type

Objective:To observe the effect on “Nape Seven Needles” combined with distant acupoints therapy for Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type(CSA),and summarize tutor’s clinical experience.Method:90 patients were randomly divided into three groups, 30 in each group.Each group of patients were treated by “Nape Seven Needles” combined with Houxi(SI3),Xuanzhong(GB39) and Kunlun(BL60) respectively.Then observe and compare the clinical effect of them.Results:While combining with “Nape Seven Needles” in the treatment of CSA,Houxi(SI3) and Xuanzhong(GB39) have no statistical difference in all clinical effect index(P>0.05).But they are statistically different from Kunlun(BL60) in the total effective rate,the comprehensive effect score and the vertigo score(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of CSA, the three acupoints compatibility methods all have clinical effect.But the effect of “Nape Seven Needles” combined with Kunlun(BL60) is the best.
