To Observe The Baihui Acupuncture And Back Of The Neck Acupoints Treatment Of Vertebral Artery Type Cervical Spondylosis Clinical Effect

Objective:To observe the Baihui acupuncture and back of the neck acupoints treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis clinical effect and its mechanism.Methods:60patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,n=30. Baihui acupuncture acupuncture group,Fengchi(double),Fengfu, Yifeng (double), Fengmen (double); medication group were treated with flunarizine. Effects were observed in patients with clinical symptoms and signs scores before and after treatment via transcranial Doppler (TCD) detection of vertebral artery (VA), basilar artery (BA), mean blood flow velocity (Vm)Results:1.The treatment group total effective rate was90%(27/30), the control group total effective rate was66.7%(20/30), the treatment group clinical curative effect obviously surpasses the comparison group (P<0.05).2.Two groups of clinical symptoms and signs score and VA, BA in Vm after treatment than before treatment significantly improved, and the treatment group was better than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture Baihui and back of the neck acupoints treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis is good enough to improve the VA, BA, the average flow velocity.2.The acupuncture treatment arteria vertebralis cervical vertebra gets sick the function mechanism with enhances VA, the BA blood stream speed to concern.
