| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of channels-acupoints dredge massage inthe therapy of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type, and to explore itsmechanism.Methods:100cases of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type patients wereelected to the study. According to the Doll ’s clinical cases table, all cases wererandomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,50cases ineach group. The treatment group was given therapy of channels-acupointsdredge massage, while the control group was given therapy of conventionalacupuncture. The frequency of the treatment is once a day for six days, followed by one day of rest. The course of treatment lasted14days. Aftertreatment, through clinical symptoms evaluation, clinical and functionalintegral comparison, transcranial doppler (TCD) ultrasonic testing resultscomparison to evaluate therapeutic effect.Results:With7cases of discontinue treatment, there were48cases completed thetreatment in the treatment group, and45cases completed the treatment in thecontrol group. Compared two groups of cases, P>0.05, showed that there wasno difference. Before treatment, compared the factors, including gender, age, condition, course, clinical and functional integral comparison, there was nostatistically significant difference (P>0.05), illustrated that there wascomparability between the two groups.Overall curative effect comparison: In the treatment group,10cases werehealed up,19cases were markedly effective,16cases were effective,3caseshad no effect. In the control group,4cases were healed up,8cases were markedly effective,24cases were effective,9cases had no effect. Comparingthe curative effect of two groups after treatment, found that the effective rateof the treatment group was93.75%, and the effective rate of the control groupwas73.33%, which suggested that the effective rate between the two groupshad significant difference(P<0.05). The healed up and markedly effective rateof the treatment group was60.43%, and the healed up and markedly effectiverate of the control group was26.67%, which suggested that the curative effectof the treatment group was superior to the control group (P<0.05).Through analysis of the functional assessment scale score of cervicalspondylosis of vertebral artery type in the two groups, found that the integralwere improved in each group after treatment (P<0.05). Compared the twogroups, the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05),meaning that two treatment methods both could improve the function status ofthe cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type, and the treatment group wassuperior to the control group.Through analysis of the clinical assessment scale score of cervicalspondylosis of vertebral artery type in the two groups, found that the integralgot improved in each group after treatment (P<0.05). Compared the twogroups, the treatment group was superior to the control group (P<0.05),meaning that two treatment methods both could improve the clinicalsymptoms, signs, livelihood, as well as work, and social adaptation ability ofthe cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type, and the treatment group wassuperior to the control group.Detected and analysed the blood flow of the basilar artery, left and rightvertebral artery by transcranial Doppler (TCD), found that the blood flowvelocity of basilar artery, left and right vertebral artery in each group wereimproved after treatment ends (P<0.05), and the treatment group was superiorto the control group with comparison with each other (P <0.05). Conclusion:Channels-acupoints dredge massage could effectively improve theclinical symptoms of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type, remedyphysiological function of cervical vertebra, increase the healed up andmarkedly effective rate. Channels-acupoints dredge massage could increasethe blood flow velocity of basilar artery, left and right vertebral artery forpatients. |
