Clinical Research On Treatment Of Postherpetic Neuralgia In Thorax By Radio Frequency Acupuncture

Objective: Observation clinical effect of treating postherpetic neuralgia in Thorax by radio frequency acupuncture jiaji acupoints and ashi acupoints,and compared with cupping treatment the disease,to explore the optimized plan for the unified specification, high efficiency and repeatable, and carries on the observation to its security, in order to improve the clinical curative effect of the disease and improve patient quality of life to provide a new thinking, new method.Method: 70 patients meeting the included criteria were divided into two groups, according to random number table method,each group with 35 cases. Patients in Radio frequency acupuncture group(as treatment group) were treated by taking the therapy of Radio frequency acupuncture hua tuo jiaji acupoints and a shi acupoints. Patients in electric acupuncture group(as control group) were received acupuncture hua tuojiaji acupoints and a shi acupoints with electric acupuncture.Before treatment and after treatment,we record the score of patients’ clinical symptoms,visual analogue scale, McGill pain questionnaire(SF-MPQ) and sleep quality scale(Qs), and use SPSS17.0 for data analysis.Result: After treatment, the two groups of patients with pain intensity method of visual analogue scale(VAS),McGill pain questionnaire(SF-MPQ),sleep quality scale(Qs) were all significant difference(P< 0.05),the patient satisfaction was significantly improved; after a month,the subjective satisfaction of the patients,the satisfaction of treatment group is superior than the control group, with significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion: the experimental group and control group all can relieve the clinical symptoms, alleviate or eliminate the pain of patients, improve patient quality of life, but the effect of the experimental group is more significant. This topic for the treatment of thoracic segment herpes zoster provides better treatment, has certain clinical value.
