Observation Of The Clinical Efficacy Of Postherpetic Neuralgia In Thorax Treated By Acupotomy Through Releasing Jiaji Point And Ashi Point

Objective: Scientific evaluat the clinical effect of treating postherpetic neuralgia inThorax by acupotomy through releasing Jiaji point and ashi point. To find new treatment ofpostherpetic neuralgia treatment practices, good curative effect, easy to promote.Providednew ideas and methods widely used Chinese medicine acupuncture and Jiaji point.Method:60patients were divided into two groups, the therapy group(releasing jiajipoints and ashi points by acupotomy) and the control group(acupuncture jiaji points andashi points),there were30patients in each group.. Before treatment and after treatment,werecord the score of patients’ clinical symptoms、 VAS、McGil and Qs.Result: The effective rate was89.66%%in the treatment group,72.41%in the controlgroup.After treatment,the two groups’ score of patients’ clinical symptoms、VAS、McGiland Qs was different from before(P<0.05),The treatment group was superior to the controlgroup.Conclusion: The therapy group(releasing jiaji point and ashi point by acupotomy)and the control group(acupuncture jiaji point and ashi point) can improve patients’ clinicalsymptoms and functions, eliminate and relieve the pain of patients, but the effect of thetreatment group is more significant. This topic for acupuncture treatment on postherpeticneuralgia provides better treatment, has certain clinical value and theoretical significance.
