Xiaoqinglong Granula In Treatment Of Juvenile Paroxysmal Asthma(Cold Asthma) Clinical Study

Objective: To observe the effect of Qing cough and asthma granule in the treatment of children with acute attack of asthma(cold asthma) clinical efficacy, bronchial asthma for children acute phase of proprietary Chinese medicine standardized treatment for reference.Methods:From 2014 January to 2015 January in Shandong Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital and Shangdong Province-owned Hospital outpatient department of Pediatrics in 60 cases,The treatment group was given Xiaoqinglong Granula in treating cough Ching,the control group was only given atomization treatment, treatment for 5 days.Observe two groups before and after treatment to improve symptoms, signs and laboratory indexes,statistical analysis, evaluation of two groups of clinical curative effect of treatment.Results:The treatment group total effectiveness 96.7%, control group total effective rate 96.9%,compared the two groups have no significant difference(P > 0.05), the curative effect.TCM syndrome curative effect, the treatment group is better than the control group.Single symptom curative effect comparison of traditional Chinese medicine,treatment group of children cough, cough up white phlegm, qing stuff to cold, and cold limbs, limb owe the improvement of the symptom such as temperature is better than that in control group(P < 0.05).Both groups can effectively improve the patient’s lung function and reduce the peripheral blood eosinophilia, there were no significant differences comparing, the effect is quite(P > 0.05).Two groups of treatment no adverse reactions occurred in the process.Conclusions:Xiaoqinglong Granula and budesonide, terbutaline can effectively control the onset of asthma, but Xiaoqinglong Granula treatment effect in the aspect of TCM syndrome single integral cough, sputum, tongue coating is remarkable.SoXiaoqinglong Granula used in the treatment of mild and moderate cold pediatric asthma has good curative effect.
