Clinical Study Of Shengjiangzhikepingchuan Pills In The Treatment Of Bronchial Asthma With Acute Attack (Mild To Moderate) Cold Asthma And Its Effect On Serum IL-6

Objective To observe the effect of Shengjiang Zhike Pingchuan Pills on FEV₁%pred of lung function,serum IL-6 level,exhaled nitric oxide（FeNO）detection,TCM symptom score and act score in patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma（mild to moderate）cold asthma,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Shengjiang Zhike Pingchuan pills.Methods From November 2019 to September 2020,80 patients with acute attack（mild to moderate）cold asthma of bronchial asthma meeting the inclusion criteria were selected in the outpatient department of Ningxia Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the treatment group and the control group were randomly divided into 40 patients.No cases stopped or fell out during the intervention.The treatment group was given Shengjiangzhikepingchuan pills,6g/time,3 times a day.The control group received budesonide formoterol inhalation powder aerosol（II）,1 inhalation in the morning and 1 inhalation in the evening.The clinical observation period was 14 days.The changes of FEV₁%pred,serum IL-6 level,FeNO,TCM syndrome score and ACT score before and after treatment in 2 groups were compared.Results 1.After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 92.5%in the treatment group and 87.5%in the control group.After treatment,the curative effect of the two groups was compared（P<0.05）,indicating that the curative effect of the treatment group was more significant.The symptoms of wheezing,coughing,cold shape and cold limbs were improved in the two groups,especially in the treatment group（P<0.05）.2.There was no significant difference in FEV₁%pred between the two groups before treatment（P>0.05）;After 2 weeks of treatment,the two groups were better than before,with statistical significance（P<0.05）;There was significant difference between the two groups（P<0.05）.3.Before treatment,the serum IL-6 levels of the two groups were comparable（P>0.05）;After 2 weeks of treatment,the serum IL-6 levels of the two groups were lower than before treatment（P<0.05）,and the decrease in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（P<0.05）.4.FeNO of the two groups was comparable before treatment（P>0.05）;After 2 weeks of treatment,FeNO in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment（P<0.05）,indicating that the two groups of treatment methods can reduce FeNO,and there was no significant difference between the two groups（P>0.05）.5.There was no significant difference in act score between the two groups before treatment（P>0.05）;After 4 weeks of different treatment,the act scores of the two groups were higher than before,with statistical significance（P<0.05）,indicating that budesonide formoterol inhalation powder aerosol（II）and Shengjiang Zhike Pingchuan pills can effectively control bronchial asthma;The act score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）.6.The safety indexes of the two groups were normal before and after treatment.Conclusion 1.Shengjiang Zhike Pingchuan pills is safe and effective.2.Shengjiang Zhike Pingchuan pills has a significant effect on the clinical symptoms of asthmatic patients with acute attack（mild to moderate）cold asthma,such as wheezing,cough,chest and diaphragm fullness,cold shape,cold limbs and dark complexion.3.Shengjiang Zhike Pingchuan pills has a significant effect on improving FEV₁%pred in patients with asthma,and can improve the degree of airflow limitation in patients with bronchial asthma.4.Shengjiang Zhike Pingchuan pills can reduce airway inflammation by reducing IL-6and FeNO levels.5.Shengjiang Zhike Pingchuan pills has obvious advantages in improving act score of patients with asthma and improving their life quality.
