Qingfei Pingchuan Decoction In Treatment Of Infantile Asthma Attack (Moderate Heat Asthma Clinical Observation)

Objective:Observation of Qingfei Pingchuan decoction on infantile asthma (moderate attack of asthma of heat type) clinical efficacy. Discussion on traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pediatric asthma acute attack period method. For traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pediatric asthma acute attack period to provide objective scientific basis and research method.Material and method:This study collected cases from the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine outpatient clinic and consistent with the observed condition of60cases with moderate acute episode of infantile asthma (asthma of heat type) children, children were consistent with moderate acute episode of infantile asthma (asthma of heat type) diagnostic criteria and the clinical observation of inclusion criteria. The children were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with30cases in each group. The two groups in gender, age, course of disease and disease extent statistical significant difference. The treatment group to Qingfei antiasthmatic drink, day one agent, sooner or later two2lukewarm take, the control group received prednisone tablets (prednisone5mgx100Henan Tianfangyao Tour Company Limited)2mg/kg. Observed before treatment, children with symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, symptoms and pulmonary function, peripheral blood eosinophil count change.Results:After treatment in group two patients symptom scores were significantly lower, compared with before treatment had a significant difference (P<0.05). Two groups of patients after treatment, the treatment group total effective rate of90%, higher than that of control group73.33%, statistically significant differences (P<0.05). In two groups before treatment of pulmonary function indices compared (P>0.05), two groups had no significant difference, with comparable. After treatment of indexes were improved (P<0.05), compared with before treatment has significant difference. After treatment between the two groups there was significant difference (P<0.05). The results showed that the two groups were able to improve pulmonary function of patients, the treatment group was superior to control group.Conclusion:The treatment group than in the control group can be more effective to improve pediatric asthma (moderate attack of asthma of heat type) in effect, improve clinical symptoms. Western medicine treatment to ABA (beta2agonists) plus hormone, the initial effect is obvious, but there are more easily after the recurrence and patients with poor compliance of hormone characteristics. Traditional Chinese medicine in this respect has an advantage, to antiasthmatic Decoction in treating pediatric asthma lung (moderate attack of asthma of heat type) in children, in children with signs and symptoms and lung function, peripheral blood eosinophil counts were improved better than that of the control group, and the patients compliance is good.
