ObjectiveBy the investigation of traditional Chinese medicine hospital of pediatrics, with "anorexia" as the chief complaint and "infantile anorexia" in traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine diagnosis standard of outpatient children. In strict accordance with the screening of infantile anorexia diagnosis standard, study the epidemiological features of infantile anorexia, study the related factors of children anorexia disease, which will provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of anorexia. Objects and methodsTo choose 150 cases of children with anorexia as anorexia group, aged 4 ~ 6, among which 78 were male, female 72 cases between in March 2012 to in February 2013. The hospital outpatient service seeing a doctor meet the needs of this study. Control group were selected in the same period and cases in the same hospital "non infantile anorexia children", and the age, sex ratio, comparable. By unified the epidemiological questionnaire, survey to the case group and the control group. Survey is face to face questionnaire survey. Survey content includes: general situation, the situation of the mother during pregnancy, birth, infant feeding situation, children’s personality, parents, parenting idea and method, the children’s health and hemoglobin, serum content of trace elements, etc. A total of 38, selected a significant meaning in the single factor, and then to non-conditional Logistic multifactor regression analysis. ResultsAnorexia is the comm on disease to affect children’s growth and development, its reason is more complicated. Children’s diets may be with the mother during pregnancy, feeding conditions, their own personality and health are closely related. The study in the single factor analysis showed that: the case group and control group in children’s physical development and nutritional status, such as height, weight, number of red blood cells, hemoglobin have obvious difference, the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.001).Selected from 38 factors children’s physical development situation, the infant feeding way, add consisting of time, childhood interest in food, junk food, like meat vegetables, children’s poor eating habits(whether when having a meal ate and play, too much drink snack), children’s personality, children and parent dependency, parents raise the way situation to the attention of the child nutrition(parents, parents dote on children), the result of red blood cells in hemoglobin, blood trace elements test results(iron, zinc, copper, calcium, magnesium) 15 factors such as significant relation with anorexia, respectively. Will have statistical significance of the single factor analysis model, introduced 15 factors, non-conditions by multiple factors regression analysis Logistic, finally has 10 factors leading to the regression model, reveals the main influence factors to see whether adding time, parents pay more attention to children’s nutrition, junk food, children, parents, and parent dependence on the degree of spoiled children, serum trace elements(zinc, iron, copper, calcium) deficiency. Among them as soon as possible to add side dish, parents pay attention to children’s nutrition, children like meat and vegetables are protective factors, high degree of dependence on parents, parents doting children, zinc deficiency, lack of iron, copper, calcium deficiency is the dangerous factors of infantile anorexia. ConclusionThe cause of infantile anorexia is complex, more is not caused by a single factor for the comprehensive factors. The results suggest, to avoid the formation of infantile anorexia, should not only pay attention to the nutrition early add consisting of children, avoid pediatric partial eclipse; Also should pay attention to raise the way method, not spoiling children, cultivate their good personality and life habit. Also check children’s physical development status and trace elements, the zinc deficiency, lack of iron, copper, calcium deficiency to complement in time, avoid a trace element deficiency caused anorexia, inadequate food intake parents a vicious cycle of trace element deficiency.
