The Clinical Efficacy Of Wen Yang Yang Xue Fang At Treating Menstruation Delay Caused By Hypothyroidism

Objection: By the clinical research in patients with post-menstrual caused by the hypothyroidism of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency and blood deficiency as well, we can observe the improvements of clinical symptoms,menstrual cycle,serum sex hormone levels(FSH、LH、PRL、E2) and thyroid function(FT3、FT4、TSH) in patients of post-menstrual caused by hypothyroidism in the period before and after the treatment, and then provide feasible ideas and methods for the traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of the disease.Methods: A randomized, controlled study method, met the inclusion criteria of 60 cases of menstruation delay caused by clinical hypothyroidism were randomly divided into a experimental group of 30 patients( Wen yang yang xue fang and Euthyrox) and 30 cases in the control group(Euthyrox).Drugs use 3 months for a period of treatment,and give continuous medication for 1 courses.Monitoring thyroid function,menstrual cycle,serum sex hormone levels and record the symptoms integral before and after treatment, then compare changes in menstrual cycle,clinical symptoms,serum sex hormone levels and thyroid function before and after therapy.Meanwhile,analyze the relevant observations by SPSS17.0 statistical analysis software.Results:Compared with the same group before and after the treatment, both groups symptom scores were the total efficiency of 93.3% and 60%,the TCM symptom integral, menstrual cycle,serum sex hormone levels and thyroid function of two groups of patients were improved than before treatment(P <0.05), there was significant; Comparing the two groups after treatment, the TCM symptom score of the treatment group decreased significantly(P < 0.05), the levels of E2, FT3 and FT4 were significantly higher,FSH,LH,PRL and TSH reduced obviously and menstrual cycle was significantly improved whose amplitude are all better than that of control group(P < 0.05). Which explained the treatment of Wen yang yang xue fang joint Euthyrox for menstruation delay has significant advantage.Following up for three months,the treatment group TCM clinical symptoms,menstrual cycle, serum sex hormone levels and thyroid function were superior to the control group.Conclusion:1. The spleen and kidney Yang deficiency and blood deficiency are the important pathogenesis for post-menstrual caused by the hypothyroidism.2.Warming yang and nourishing blood are the main treatment method for the disease.After the therapy of Wen yang yang xue fang, the menstrual cycle,clinical symptoms and hormone levels of patients were significantly improved.3.There were not adverse reactions before and after the treatment,which illustrates the application of the prescriptions is safe and reliable.
