| Objective:To investigate the effects of kui-yang-fang on Trefoil factor1(TFF1)〠Epidermal growth factor (EGF) and Epidermal growth factorreceptor(EGFR) in icy acetic acid induced gastric ulcers of rats. Methods:50SD rats were randomly divided into five groups:normol groupã€model groupã€kui-yang-fang of low-dose groupã€kui-yang-fang of high-dose groupã€ranitidinegroup. The rats of the gastric ulcer model were induced by the icy acetic acid.After3days began to drug treatment for14days,the rats gastric mucosa werecollected to assessment the gastric ulcer index, the content of TFF1ã€EGF andEGFR with RT-PCR,and observe TFF1ã€EGFR with immunohistochemicalstaining. Results:Compared to the control, the levels of TFF1and EGF inmodel group decreased, and the difference was not statistically significantï¼›TheEGFR level of model group was higher than of normal group, there was notstatistically significant differenceï¼›But the increase with in kui-yang-fanggroups and ranitidine group was more obvious, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.01).Compared to the model group,kui-yang-fang andranitidine groups significantly elevated the level of TFF1ã€EGF and EFR ingastric ulcer, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Immunohistochemical staining showed that TFF1and EGFR expression inkui-yang-fang and ranitidine groups were significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01),but the increase of kui-yang-fang ofhigh-dose group was more obvious. Conclusion:One of the possible mechanismis kui-yang-fang promotes expression of TFF1ã€EGF and EGFR to protect andrepair gastric tissue.... |
