The Relativity Between Functional Dyspepsia And The Infection Of Helicobacter Pylori And Their Intervention Treatment With Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objectives:1.Through the observation of helicobacter pylori infection in patients with functional dyspepsia,analysis the correlation between functional dyspepsia and helicobacter pylori infection.2.Through the observation on the basis of the standard triple therapy with new elimination associated helicobacter pylori and gastric for functional dyspepsia(cool and heat mixed type)clinical curative effect,from theory to explore new and elimination of gastric function mechanism.Methods:1.According to the diagnostic criteria in 900 patients with functional dyspepsia as the research object,the health checkup,80 cases as controls,the carbon-13 urea breath test to investigate the rate of helicobacter pylori infection,and analyze the correlation between functional dyspepsia and helicobacter pylori infection.2.According to diagnostic criteria included in the study of TCM symptoms of helicobacter pylori infection in patients with functional dyspepsia(cool and heat mixed type)63 cases were randomly divided into experimental group(32 cases)and control group(31 cases).Group to give away the new medicine and stomach with standard triple therapy of oral.The control group given standard triple therapy.Drug treatment for 14 days.Respectively to observe the two group before treatment and in January after discontinuation of clinical comprehensive curative effect,Chinese medicine main symptom integral and overcast rate of helicobacter pylori,and evaluate its safety.Results:1.900 in the patients with functional dyspepsia in helicobacter pylori infection rate was 68.33%,80 cases of healthy physical examination in helicobacter pylori infection rate wase 36.25%,the comparison was statistically significant(P=0.000).2.In the aspect of clinical comprehensive curative effect,treatment group total effectiveness 93.75%,control group total effectiveness 70.97%,the comparison,was statistically significant(P=0.005).In the aspect of TCM symptom integral,the two groups after treatment was improved,the TCM symptom score improvement after treatment and the test group is better than that of control group,with statistical significance(P=0.04).In terms of main symptoms improve the situation of traditional Chinese medicine,treatment group after treatment in the full diagnosis,the diagnosis of pain,less noisy,the food in the stomach stay,gas pantothenic acid,dry mouth,bitter mouth,loose stool pond the symptom such as improve the curative effect is superior to that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In turn rate of helicobacter pylori,experimental group was better than control group,with statistical significance(P=0.049).Conclusions:1.The functional dyspepsia patients with helicobacter pylori infection rate is higher than the healthy check-up,considering the existence of helicobacter pylori infection in the pathogenesis of functional dyspepsia and correlation.2.On the basis of the standard triple therapy with new elimination and gastric helicobacter pylori treatment related functional dyspepsia(cool and heat mixed type)is safe and effective,and can better improve the clinical symptoms,increase the rate of turn of helicobacter pylori,speculated that mechanism may be related to antibacterial,promote gastrointestinal peristalsis,protect gastric mucosa and enhance immunity and so on,to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of helicobacter pylori associated functional dyspepsia provides effective methods and ideas.
