Clinical Study On The Effect Of Eradication Of Helicobacter Pylori On Functional Dyspepsia Patients

Objective: 1.In this study,patients with Helicobacter pylori infection combined with functional dyspepsia were selected as the subjects to analyze the general condition and symptom type of the patients.2.To observe the eradication rate,symptom relief and treatment safety of different anti-Helicobacter pylori treatments,and to provide reference for rational drug use.3.To investigate the effect of eradication of Helicobacter pylori on the clinical symptoms of patients with functional dyspepsia.Method: 1.Patients with chronic functional dyspepsia,visiting the Department of Gastroenterology and Gastroenterology of the People's Hospital of Shaanxi Province during March 2016 to March 2017,were recruited for¹⁴C-carbon breath test(¹⁴C-UBT)and rapid urease to our clinical trials.All patients were in line with the Rome?standard diagnosed as functional dyspepsia.To analyzed and compared the general condition and symptom type of the patients.2.All patients were randomly divided into pantoprazole group?pantoprazole enteric-coated capsules 40 mg Bid+amoxicillin?,and the patients were divided into pantoprazole group by randomized array method.Capsule1.0g Bid+Clarithromycin 0.5g Bid)and Lansoprazole Group?Lansoprazole Oral Tablets 30 mg Bid+Amoxicillin Capsule 1.0g Bid+Clarithromycin 0.5g Bid?,both groups were 2 weeks,4 weeks after stopping the carbon 14 breath test to understand the eradication of Helicobacter pylori.To observe the eradication of Helicobacter pylori and the adverse effects of pantoprazole group and lansoprazole group.Symptom score was used to observe the effect of the two groups on the clinical symptoms of dyspepsia after 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks after discontinuation.3.Retrospective analysis of functional dyspepsia patients with eradication of Helicobacter pylori in the stomach to understand the effect of eradication therapy on improving dyspeptic symptoms.Result: 1.The average age of onset was 46.2±12.4 in 146 patients with functional dyspepsia with the Rome III diagnostic criteria.Age 75 years old,minimum 21 years old.Among them,69?47.26%?were males and 77?52.74%?were female,41?28%?had upper abdominal pain syndrome,including 18 males?44%?and 23 females 56%);32 cases?22%?belonged to postprandial discomfort syndrome,including 15 males?46%?and 17 females?53%?.73 patients?50%?had upper abdominal pain syndrome and postprandial discomfort syndrome,including 36 males?49%?and 37 females?51%?.2.Lansoprazole group triple anti-Helicobacter pylori treatment,the eradication rate of 92%,pantoprazole group triple anti-Helicobacter pylori treatment,the eradication rate of up to 88%,compared with two groups,2 value of 0.928,P value of 0.335,There was no significant difference between the two treatment groups in the Hp eradication rate was no significant difference.3.The total effective rate?80%,52%?was significantly higher in the lansoprazole group than in the pantoprazole group?55%,47%?after 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks after discontinuation.The total effective rate after 4 weeks of withdrawal was 2 weeks after treatment.4.The eradication of Helicobacter pylori in the functional dyspepsia patients,after 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks after the withdrawal of the upper abdominal pain syndrome was significantly higher than the postprandial discomfort syndrome group and two symptoms combined group.Conclusion: 1.Functional dyspepsia patients can occur at all ages,the average age of 43.2±12.4,female patients than men,male to female ratio of 1:1.115.2.146 cases of functional dyspepsia patients,more than abdominal pain syndrome combined withpostprandial discomfort more common,followed by abdominalpain syndrome,postprandial discomfort syndrome at least.3.In the Xi'an area,the standard triple therapy?ie,PPI + amoxicillin + clarithromycin?14 days of treatment for the first time in patients with Helicobacter pylori eradication is still the ideal eradication rate.4.The effect of lansoprazole group on the alleviation of functional dyspepsia was better than that of pantoprazole group after 2 weeks.5.eradication of Hp can effectively alleviate the symptoms of functional dyspepsia patients,especially for epigastric pain syndrome.
