Objective:This topic based drug induced animal model of ventricular premature beat, Used as a positive control drug mexiletine, to observe the effectiveness of chlorite schist bolt fight ventricular premature beat.To investigate the mechanism of Green chlorite schist bolt and on this basis, to provide new ideas and methods for treatment of the further study of arrhythmia.Method: According to the random number list will be healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups(male and female feeding separately) blank group, model group,positive drug group,green chlorite schist bolt in low dose group and middle dose group and high dose group,were given corresponding drugs by gavage or rectal administration for 14 days using barium chloride induced wistar rat model of ventricular premature beat,to observe rat ventricular premature occurrence time,duration and every minute a number of ventricular premature.Results: 1.Compared with the model group, low dose group of green chorite schist bolt in premature ventricular contractions,duration time,every mintue of premuture ventricular contractions occure a number there was no significant difference(P>0.05), and positive medicine group, the green chlorite schist in the dose group, the green chlorite schist high-dose group, had significant differences( *P<0.05,**P<0.05,***P<0.05,****P<0.05).2.Compared with the positive durg group,low dose group of chlorite inpremature ventricular contractions occur time and duration of ventricular premature beat per minute a number, there was significant difference(P<0.05), while green chlorite schist bolt dose group, no difference(**P>0.05).3.The green chlorite schist bolt in the middle dose group positive drug group,compared to the green chlorite schist suppository high dose group in premature beat time and duration of premature beat, no difference(***P>0.05), and green chlorite schist bolt high dose group in terms of the number of premature beat, have significant difference(****P<0.05).Conclusion: The green chlorite schist bolt in middle and high dosage groups, can effectively delay the barium chloride induced rat ventricular premature beat the time, shorten the duration of ventricular premature beat, reduce the number of premature ventricular contractions occur per minute. Confirmed that the green chlorite schist bolt have antagonism barium chloride rat ventricular premature beat.
