The Investgation Of Premature Beat With Insomnia And The Clinical Observation Of Intervention Therapy Of Yixin Decoction

Purpose1.Investigate the situation of premature beats with insomnia.2.observe the clinical result of Yi Xin Ning Shen Tang in the treatment room of early complicated insomnia.Method1.Investigation and diagnoses: collect the PSQI scale information of 206 patients with premature beats.by calculating the total score,we explored the general situation of premature beats,the incidence of insomnia in patients with premature beats,and analyzed the influencing factors related to the pathogenesis and the distribution of TCM syndromes of premature beats with insomnia.2.Clinical observation :60 patients with ventricular premature combined with insomnia and TCM syndrome differentiation as liver stagnation and spleen deficiency were randomly divided into control group 30 cases,treatment group 30 cases,control group metoprolol treatment,treatment group metoprolol plus Yi Xin Ning Shen Tang treatment,one dose,morning and evening,Bear fruit Investigation and diagnoses: 1.a total of 140(68.0%)patients with premature beats complicated with insomnia;2.women,age ? 50 years,duration of 5 years,history of tobacco inhalation,low education,history of hypertension(HTN),diabetes(DM),coronary heart disease(CHD),dyslipidemia(HPL)patients had higher PSQI scores;according to the type of premature beats,patients with ventricular premature and atrial premature had higher scores than patients with simple ventricular premature or simple atrial premature(P<0.01);drinking history had no effect on patients' PSQI scores(P<0.05).3.The distribution of syndrome differentiation of liver depression and spleen deficiency in patients with premature beat and insomnia is the most.Clinical observation :1.Total curative effect of ventricular premature : the effective rate was 83.33% in the treatment group and 53.33% in the control group,and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.two groups of patients were compared with the total number of room morning: the total number of patients in the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.01),and the total number of patients in the control group decreased significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.TCM curative effect: total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%,total effective rate of control group was 53.33%,treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05);TCM syndrome score: treatment group after treatment than before treatment TCM syndrome score significantly decreased(P<0.01),control group after treatment than before treatment TCM syndrome score significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups after treatment,the TCM syndrome score in the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05)compared with the control group.Single symptom improvement of TCM: the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05),but there was no significant improvement in the improvement of forgetfulness,skin nail error,body numbness(P>0.05).4.Effect of insomnia: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 80%;the total effective rate of the control group was 56.7%,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01);PSQI integral:the scores of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment compared with PSQI before treatment(P<0.01).The PSQI score of the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Investigation and diagnoses:1.Most patients with premature beats are accompanied by insomnia.Women over the age of 2.50,with a low ? of 5y,history of hypertension(HTN),diabetes(DM),coronary heart disease(CHD),dyslipidemia(HPL)patients had higher scores,while drinking history had no effect on PSQI scores.3.insomnia syndrome type is liver stagnation spleen deficiency type and blood stasis type most common.Clinical observation :1.Yi Xin Ning Shen Tang and metoprolol could make the rate of early treatment in the room reach 83.33%,and there was no adverse reaction.2.this treatment plan can obviously improve the medical efficiency of patients and has great advantages in improving patients' chest tightness and panic,it shows that Yi Xin Ning Shen Tang can significantly improve the symptoms of patients.3.this scheme can reduce the score PSQI ventricular premature complicated insomnia and improve insomnia symptoms.
