Clinical Study On YiQiJianPi And JieDuSanJie Method Combined With TP Regimen In The Treatment Of Late-stage Ovarian Cancer

Objective:To observe the effects of quality of life and recent clinical efficacy on the late-stage ovarian cancer patients treated by YiQiJianPi and JieDuSanJie method combined with TP regimen chemotherapy.Methods:40 cases of late-stage ovarian cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated by YiQiJianPi and JieDuSanJie method combined with TP regimen chemotherapy, the control group was only treated by TP regimen chemotherapy. TP regimen chemotherapy was continuously used two cycles with 21days per cycle. Starting from the first cycle chemotherapy, cases in the treatment group continuously took YiQiJianPi and JieDuSanJie method once a day, which lasted six weeks. TCM symptoms score, quality of life score, karnofsky score, tumor marker CA125, cellular immune function, recent objective response and other safety indicators such as blood routine and liver&kidney function were recorded before and after the treatment.Results:In terms of improving the TCM clinical symptoms, the total efficiency of the treatment group was 80.00%, which better than the control group. After the treatment, the karnofsky score of the treatment group increased from the 65.33±6.16 to 76.00±6.75, while the control group increased from the 65.67±7.84 to 66.39±6.16. Comparing the karnofsky score after the treatment, the difference had a statistical significance (P<0.05). In the meantime, Comparing the quality of life score after the treatment, it suggested that the quality of life of the treatment group was better than the control group. Additionally, although comparing the recent objective response between two groups, the difference had no statistical significance (P>0.05), but the treatment group had the obvious advantages in improving the quality of life of the late-stage ovarian cancer patients, improving the TCM clinical symptoms, enhancing the immune function, reducing the tumor burden and reducing the toxic and side effect comparing with the control group.Conclusion:1. YiQiJianPi and JieDuSanJie method could improve the quality of life of the late-stage ovarian cancer patients.2. YiQiJianPi and JieDuSanJie method with the chemotherapy play a role of increasing effect and reducing toxicity.
