Yiqijianpi Prescription With FOLFOX Chemotherapy Regimen Clinical Studies Of Colorectal Cancer Liver Metastases

Objectives:Medical theory, based on traditional Chinese medicine and understanding of colorectal liver metastases, with "Invigorating spleen and supporting healthy qi" as the main method to explore its treatment of colorectal liver metastases specific application. After the observation of clinical treatment, find out efficacy remedy about "Invigorating spleen and supporting healthy qi" and better treatment of colorectal liver metastases than others.Method:36cases of patients in hospital (January,2009-December,2013) are from Jiangsu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.36patients with colorectal liver metastases patients were divided into two groups, clinical efficacy, the use of liver function, tumor size changes, TCM syndrome, survival, CEA, CA199values and other metrics. We recorded before and after treatment of rumor objective response, laboratory findings, TCM Syndrome and the observation of the quality of life etc. The data are statistically analyzed by STATA8software.Result:TCM symptoms, KPS, physical status and quality of life, the two groups after treatment between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant, suggesting that "Invigorating spleen and supporting healthy qi" can improve patients with more than control group; in the liver function index, RECIST, tumor markers except CEA, the two groups after treatment between the two groups, the difference was not significant, suggesting that under the conditions of "Invigorating spleen and supporting healthy qi" to advantage.Conclusion:"Invigorating spleen and supporting healthy qi" put forward the idea of treating colorectal liver metastases."Invigorating spleen and supporting healthy qi" through the analysis of this trial prescription, there is results to investigate the mechanism of the TCM further demonstrates the significance of "Invigorating spleen and supporting healthy qi" in the treatment of colorectal liver metastases. That TCM remedy gives better life to cancer patients.
