| Objective:Observing the impact of Yiqijianpi antidote combined with mDCF therapy on the patients with advanced Gastric cancer.That is,through the observation of the treatment group and control group patients on tumor size,the value of tumor indicating(CEA,CA199), symptoms and signs,physical condition,quality of life and toxicity of the changes,providing clinical evidence for the Chinese medicine treatment of advanced gastric cancer,clinical exploration for Chinese medicinal products treating gastric cancer and making primary discuss on the relevance of TCM symptom evaluation with quality of life,to lay the foundation for standardize the evaluation system of Chinese medicine treatment tumor.Methods:50 cases with advanced gastric cancer randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group(Yiqijianpi antidote combined with chemotherapy rnDCF) with 25 cases,the control group(chemotherapy alone mDCF) with 25 cases.The treatment group with rnDCF conventional chemotherapy,and 21 days as a course of continuous observation for 2 cycles.The treatment group with Yiqijianpi antidote for oral taken once a day in the interim period.Compared two groups in changes in tumor size,quality of life,the value of CEA and CA199,and the improvement of symptoms Chinese situation.Results:1.Comparison in Tumor size:there is no significant difference in both groups(P＞0.05)..Two efficient(CR + PR) for the treatment group were 40 percent,and 32 percent of the control group.There is no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).2.The comparison of the changes of CEA and CA199 value between the two groups.CEA and CA199 values of the two groups have both decreased after treatment.Before and after treatment didn't show significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).which showed that Yiqijianpi antidote without much curative effect in decrease the values of CEA and CA199.3.Comparison in TCM syndrome.TCM Syndrome of the two groups after treatment integral have declined.There is statistically significant between the two groups after treatment(P＜0.05).which showed that Yiqijianpi antidote combined with chemical therapy can improve the TCM syndrome on the patients with advanced Gastric cancer.4.Comparison in physical condition.Karnorfsy score of the two groups were both improved after treatment.There is statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P＜0.05).5.Comparison in quality of life.①health section,two groups after treatment has increased.The differences of the two groups after treatment were statistically significant(P＜0.05).②social / family section,two groups were both increased after treatment.The differences of the two groups after treatment were not significant(P＞0.05).③emotional situation section,two groups after treatment has decreased.The difference of the two groups after treatment was significant(P＜0.05).④symptoms and toxicity section,the difference of the two groups after treatment was significant after treatment(P＜0.05).⑤gastric cancer-specific section,two groups after treatment has increased.The treatment group compared the control group after treatment had a significant difference(P＜0.05).⑥total section,which was increased on both groups.After treatment the two groups had a significant difference(P＜0.05).6.Comparison of adverse reactions.The results showed that two major adverse reaction is neutropenia,diarrhea,nausea and vomiting.The difference of the treatment group compared to control group in the neutropenia,diarrhea,nausea,vomiting and other adverse reactions, was not significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion:①Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy can improve the TCM symptoms and physical situation of the patients with advanced gastric.②Yiqijianpi antidote combined with chemotherapy can improve QOL of the patients with gastric cancer.③Yiqijianpi antidoteombined with chemotherapy can alleviate the toxity of chemotherapy,but in reduce the size of tumor and decrease the value of CEA and CA199 without much effence.
