The Clinical Observation Of The Treatment Of Early Threatened Abortion With The Effect Of Subclinical Hypothyroidism By Strengthening The Spleen And Tonifying The Kidney And Euthyrox

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Strengthening the Spleen and Tonifying the Kidney and taking Euthyrox in Curing patients with Early Threatened Abortion and subclinical hypothyroidism and explore a safe and effective treatment,which can improve the function of thyroid gland and the clinical pregnancy rate.Finally,in this way,we can enrich the connotation of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Randomly splited the 75 cases who satisfying the standard of income into two groups:the control group (Zishen Yutai Pill) in 25 cases and the treatment group (Spleen-strengthening and kidney-tonifying traditional Chinese medicine) in 50 cases.To observe thyroid function,blood pregnancy indicators and early pregnancy outcome of the two groups of patients before and after the treatment.Results:(1) The pregnancy hormones of the treatment group and the control group:to compare the E2,P,HCG before drug treatment of the two groups,there is no statistical significance(P>0.05);to compare the E2, P,HCG before and after drug treatment in groups,they all have statistical significance(P<0.05);to compare D-value of E2,P, HCG before and after drug treatment between the treatment group and control group.it reavels that there are no statistical significance(P>0.05).(2)Thyroid function (T4,FT4, TSH,A-TPO) levels of the two groups:there is no statistical significance of the comparison of serum FT4,A-TPO before and after drug treatment of two groups(P>0.05);to compare the blood T4,TSH value before drug treatment between them,it reveals that there is no statistical difference(P>0.05);to compare serum T4,TSH after drug treatment and before of the two groups,it reveals that the statistical difference exists(P<0.05);to compare the difference valueof serum T4,TSH before and after drug treatment in the two groups,it reveals that there is no statistical difference(P>0.05).(3)Clinical pregnancy rate of the two groups(total effective rate):the total effective rate of treatment group is 86% and it’s higher than control group’s(80%).The comparison of their total effective rates have no statistical significance (P>0.05).(4)The improvement of TCM symptom after drug treatment:he total effective rate of treatment group is 84%,and the one of control group is 64%.The comparison of rates has statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The pathogenesis about TCM of Early Threatened Abortion and subclinical hypothyroidism is the deficiency of spleen and kidney.Strengthening the Spleen and Tonifying the Kidney and taking Euthyrox is effective.Its mechanism is lowering serum TSH level,increasing serum T4 level and improving the function of the thyroid gland,and thus to increase serum E2,P,HCG leves and improve overall pregnancy success rate.Chinese medicine medicinal broth is obviously better than Zishen Yutai Pill in improving the clinical symptoms.However, the clinical pregnancy rates of them have no statistical difference.It indicates that the clinical efficacy of decoction and Chinece traditional patent medicine and taking Euthyrox is very good,so they are all worth popularizing and applying on clinic.
