Effect Observation Of Wenyang Yuying Decoction On Subclinical Hypothyroidism Of Spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency

Objective: to observe the clinical effect and safety of wenyang yuying decoction in treating subclinical hypothyroidism of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency.Methods: from December 2017 to December 2018,72 patients diagnosed with subclinical hypothyroidism and diagnosed with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency after TCM dialectical classification were included as clinical observation objects.Research according to the random grouping,divided into treatment group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases)and treatment group taking this gall decoction,the control to the placebo treatment,after 12 weeks of treatment on two groups of thyroid function,blood lipid levels before and after the treatment,Chinese medicine efficacy evaluation indexes such as clinical syndrome score level were analyzed.Results: 1.There was no significant difference in baseline data,thyroid function level,blood lipid level and TCM syndrome score level between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).2.After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the observation subjects in the two groups were decreased compared with the former,and the improvement of TCM clinical symptoms in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant.3.After treatment,TSH decreased more significantly in the treatment group than in the control group(P <0.01),and the difference was statistically significant.There were no significant differences in FT3,FT4,T3 and T4(P > 0.05).4.There was no statistically significant difference in serum lipid levels before and after treatment between the two groups(P > 0.05).5.There was no statistically significant difference in the safety indicators before and after treatment between the two groups of clinical efficacy observation subjects(P > 0.05),and no significant adverse reactions were observed during and after treatment.Conclusion: 1.Wenyang yuying decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of subclinical hypothyroidism in patients with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency;2.2.The differences in TSH levels between the two groups after treatment were analyzed and compared,indicating that wenyang yuying decoction has certain efficacy in improving the thyroid function of patients with subclinical hypothyroidism of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency;3.Wenyang yuying decoction has no obvious toxic and side effects and is safe.
